You will play a pivotal role in driving our clients’ digital growth, optimizing campaigns, and delivering exceptional performance across retail sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing paid search (SEM) campaigns for major retail clients, managing large accounts across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
- Continuously monitor performance metrics, quickly adjusting strategies to meet changing market conditions and client needs, ensuring maximum ROI in a high-stakes environment.
- Work closely with data, analyzing campaign performance to make real-time optimizations and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between SEM strategies and broader digital marketing efforts, enhancing cross-channel performance.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to clients, maintaining transparency and clear communication on campaign performance and future strategies.
- Use your retail industry expertise to understand client objectives and develop SEM strategies that drive business results and digital transformation.
- Stay ahead of the competition by keeping up with the latest trends in paid search and continually improving campaign approaches.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing large SEM campaigns, preferably within the retail sector or for consumer brands.
- Proven expertise in managing high-budget accounts with a deep understanding of SEM as a fast-paced trading environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimizations.
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with bid management tools and campaign automation to drive efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, able to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Familiarity with additional digital advertising channels, such as Google Shopping, display advertising, and YouTube Ads.
- A deep interest in real-time optimization and a passion for delivering results in a highly competitive space.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- A team player who enjoys collaboration and contributing to overall campaign success
Bonus Experience
- Familiarity with additional digital advertising channels, such as Meta, Tiktok, Linkedin.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their integration with SEM strategies.
- Worked with FMT (Feed management tools) as Datafeedwatch, Channable etc.
