What You’ll Do:

• Play a critical role in high-impact technical projects such as e-commerce replatforming, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop solutions that meet both technical and business needs.

• Work on Tier 2 and Tier 1 technical projects, contributing to their success and driving value for clients.

• Participate in key project phases, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution from start to finish.

• Assist in leading C-level discussions, confidently presenting technical insights to senior stakeholders.

• Apply your knowledge of retail and the technical landscape within retail to solve industry-specific challenges.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in digital businesses, either in-house or within a consultancy environment.

• A minimum of 3 years of academic examination (or equivalent professional experience), demonstrating your strong analytical abilities

• Solid understanding of technical solutions and platforms, with practical experience supporting the execution of large-scale projects

• In-depth knowledge of the retail sector, particularly the technology that drives the industry.

• Highly skilled in stakeholder management and interpersonal communication, capable of working closely with both technical teams and business leaders.

• Proven ability to be deeply involved in projects, from design to implementation, contributing to their overall success.

• A positive, driven individual with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

• Fluent in Swedish and English is a must.
