What You’ll Do

• Play a pivotal role in planning and executing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure alignment with client business goals.

• Optimize campaigns in real-time based on data insights, delivering ongoing improvements and maximizing ROI.

• Provide feedback and recommendations to content processes, ensuring data-driven insights guide creative development.

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance campaign results and drive client success.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in Paid Social or paid advertising in general.

• Strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English.

• A sharp analytical ability with a desire to dive deep into campaign outcomes.

• Experience in retail and consumer brands from a previous role, either in-house or at an agency.

• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite.

• A team player who enjoys sharing ideas and contributing to collaborative efforts.

• A desire to grow professionally and become highly skilled in your field.

• An interest in business development and a deeper understanding of business strategy.

Bonus Experience

• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools.

• Hands-on experience with ad buying through Google Ads.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms in an operational role.

• Knowledge of how pixels work and how to set them up, Meta in particular.
